Syndiant is a privately held C-Corporation incorporated October 2004 in Delaware with headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and a branch office in Taiwan. Syndiant has been funded to date with $19.6M USD of non-VC funding including over $3M cash invested by the founders. This includes a recent $3.5M investment by the State of Texas Emerging Technology Fund.
